«Acapulco» is the band’s debut album with official release on March 21, 2021 (honoring the beginning of the cycle after the March 20 equinox). The album revolves around Mexico’s iconic beach, being the ocean the main theme surrounding the concept of the sound. The album was conceived and recorded on this beach in Guerrero to leave a record of the interaction between creativity and space. «Acapulco» invites us to a contemplative journey, leading us to introspection and mystery, along with a connection to the environment, enhancing the main images of the album: nature, beach and music.

Psycotropico is an electro-acoustic band consisting of John Key Om, Daweed Hashibras and Joe Love, multifaceted musicians whose vibrant sound brings a wider range of colors to the music.
Their musical style stands out for combining different influences such as psychedelia, progressive, lounge, blues, rock, dub and Latin rhythms.
The sound atmosphere of Psycotropico invites to the expansion of perception, the awareness of the infinite and the contact with music, following the bases of psychedelic aesthetics. Their art is designed for pleasure and the enjoyment of beauty.
Psycotropico was born in 2020 from the fusion of different experiences. For over fifteen years, John Key Om has worked as a musician and producer, which has allowed him to master different genres and meet all kinds of artists. It is in this interaction where the proposal to bring electroacoustic psychedelia to the scene arises in collaboration with Daweed Hashibras and Joe Love, with whom he had already interacted in other projects (John Key Om, Zorba el Buda, Loft Musique, Natura Sinergia).

«Acapulco» es el álbum debut de la banda con lanzamiento oficial el 21 de marzo de 2021 (en honor al inicio de ciclo después del equinoccio del 20 de marzo). El álbum gira alrededor de la emblemática playa de México, siendo el mar el tema principal que envuelve el concepto del sonido. El disco fue concebido y grabado en la playa de Guerrero para dejar constancia de la interacción creatividad-espacio. «Acapulco» nos invita a un viaje contemplativo donde por momentos nos lleva a la introspección y el misterio, así como a la conexión con el entorno, lo cual realza las imágenes principales del álbum: naturaleza, playa y música.

Psycotropico es una banda electroacústica formada por John Key Om, Daweed Hashibras y Joe Love, músicos multifacéticos cuyo vibrante sonido aporta una amplia gama de colores a la música.
Su estilo musical destaca por combinar diferentes influencias como psicodelia, progresivo, lounge, blues, rock, dub y ritmos latinos.
La atmósfera sonora de Psycotropico invita a la apertura de la percepción, la conciencia de lo infinito y el contacto con la música, siguiendo las bases de la estética psicodélica. Su arte está diseñado para el goce y el disfrute de la belleza.
Psycotropico nace en 2020 gracias a la fusión de diferentes experiencias. Por más de quince años, John Key Om ha trabajado como músico y productor, lo que le ha permitido dominar diversos géneros y conocer a todo tipo de artistas. Es en esa interacción donde surge la propuesta de llevar a la escena la psicodelia electroacústica en colaboración con Daweed Hashibras y Joe Love, con quienes ya había interactuado en otros proyectos (John Key Om, Zorba el Buda, Loft Musique, Natura Sinergia).
